Hi, I’m Natasha, owner and director of Inspect My Rental Ltd.

I’m a long-term residential property investor with over 15 years’ experience, and like many landlords, I’ve balanced managing rentals alongside work and family life. Providing homes for people is something I take seriously, and it comes with real responsibility.

When managing my own properties, I often wished there was a service that could take care of routine inspections properly, without handing everything over to a full property management company. Finding time for inspections — often evenings or weekends — isn’t always easy, but regular inspections are essential to protecting your investment.

Inspect My Rental was created to fill that gap.

We provide independent, detailed rental inspections for self-managing landlords who want professional oversight, clear documentation, and peace of mind — without the ongoing costs of full property management.

Based in Hamilton and servicing the wider Waikato region, Inspect My Rental supports landlords who want to stay in control of their properties while knowing inspections are done thoroughly and consistently.

I’m a proud member of the Waikato Property Investors Association (WPIA) and have previously served on the committee and as President. WPIA does valuable work supporting local property investors, and I strongly encourage landlords to engage with their local association.

I'm Natasha. I've been a residential property investor for over 15 years while juggling work and kids. It's a real privilege to be able to provide homes for people but it's not always easy or smooth sailing.

It can be a real struggle to make the time in your weekends or evenings to carry out inspections BUT, it's SO important. You can pick up the little issues before they become big issues, and it signals to the tenant that you care about the property.

I'm a passionate member of my local Property Investors Association, which I highly recommend to anyone, and was awarded Landlord of the Year in the National Awards in 2022.
