ODD JOBS:
Sometimes odd jobs come up that we can handle while we are on site such as smoke detector installation, hanging up curtains; the odd bit of spot cleaning after a tenant has left.
We can take care of these jobs for you at an hourly rate of $60/hr + materials while we are on site to save you on service call-out fees.

OPEN HOME SHOWINGS:
If you need someone to provide open home viewings for potential tenants, we can arrange to do this for you. These are charged out at $120 incl gst, per site visit, assuming they are no longer than 90 minutes. This includes travel time and cost within Hamilton city. For viewings outside of Hamilton, please contact use for pricing.
