We handle the day to day management (excluding rent collection) while you relax knowing your asset is safe and being looked after.
Local Agent
Need to leave the country for more than 21 days? You're required by law to appoint a local agent. With 15 years of property management experience we have the expertise and experience to management your rental so the last thing you have to worry about is your investment property.
Pricing:
$100 incl gst for onboarding.
$50 incl gst per week for on-call management.
$50/hr incl gst if any action is needed.
